Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging when applicable

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• All Wellness Products
• A.Bright Deals
• Sale Items
• Final Sale Merchandise
• Promotional or Clearance Items
• Items purchased using special promotional discounts designated as Final Sale

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Approved returns will receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, excluding shipping charges.

Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@abwfs.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return the eligible item for store credit and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase.

Approved cancellations will be subject to a 15% transaction processing fee.

After one hour, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to certain returns at the discretion of A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio.
