Return Policy for A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio:

At A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below for a seamless shopping experience:

  1. Store Credit Only: We offer store credit for returns, and refunds are not available. Your store credit can be used for future purchases on our platform.

  2. Final Sale Items: All wellness products, items purchased during a sale, with a promo code, swimwear, accessories, and promotional deal items are considered final sale. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  3. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@abwfs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

  6. Store Credit Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval of your store credit. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) minus any discounts or promotions used.

  7. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

All Cancelled Orders will incur a 15% transaction fee, Must contact us within the first hour of the order being placed.
