Established in 2017
At A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio, our story is rooted in family, resilience, entrepreneurship, and a passion for serving the community.
The journey began generations ago with founder Ashley Bright's great-grandmother, who migrated from Georgia to California during the 1960s in search of greater opportunities and a brighter future for her family. Through determination, hard work, and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, she established G.H. Fashion, a retail store in Compton, California.
G.H. Fashion became more than just a store; it was a place where community, customer service, and fashion came together. Ashley's great-grandmother built a reputation for serving her customers with care and creating opportunities for her family through entrepreneurship. Her success and dedication left a lasting impression on future generations.
Growing up, Ashley spent countless hours watching her great-grandmother operate G.H. Fashion and connect with customers. Witnessing her passion, work ethic, and commitment to the community sparked Ashley's own dream of becoming a business owner.
Inspired by her family's legacy, Ashley entered the retail industry and spent more than 15 years managing stores, leading teams, and helping businesses grow. Her passion for leadership and organizational development led her to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Determined to continue the family tradition of entrepreneurship, Ashley and her son joined forces to create a business that reflected their shared values of wellness, empowerment, community, and style. In 2017, A.Bright Wellness Fashion Studio was born.
Our Journey
Our first boutique location opened on Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, where we proudly served the community by offering fashion, wellness products, and a welcoming space centered on confidence, self-care, and personal growth.
As the retail landscape evolved and online shopping became increasingly important, we made the decision to transition from a traditional storefront to a primarily online boutique. This move allowed us to reach customers across California and throughout the United States while continuing to provide the personalized service that has always been at the heart of our brand.
Although our business now operates online, our connection to the community remains strong. We continue to engage with local customers through:
